First Annual Lutefisk Dinner

Please join us for our First Annual Lutefisk Dinner at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. We are excited to provide a Scandinavian-style meal to all who come, complete with Lutefisk and other Scandinavian food options. This dinner is open to anyone, and will be put on by one of our Hospitality Teams headed by Patti Beyers.

The menu will include: Lutefisk (butter/white sauce), Swedish Meatballs and Gravy, Parsley Buttered Potatoes, Peas, Rye Bread, Lefse, Beet Pickles, and a dessert. Coffee, water, and milk will also be served.

We hope that you can join us for an evening of delicious food, warm conversation, and fellowship with your neighbors. Tickets will be available for purchase on Sunday mornings, or by contacting the church office Monday-Thursday. While tickets are $20, we also offer “Pay What You Can” and also encourage BLC folks to buy an extra ticket to “Pay It Forward.”

Donations of butter are most welcome.

Lefse will be made at church on November 8, 2025, starting around 10:00 am. Ethel and Philis will teach the art of Lefse making!

Rye Bread making will take place on Thursday November 13, 2025, beginning at 8:00 am.

Meal prep is under control, but if you can help with set up, serving, and clean up, please talk to Patti Beyer.

Extra hands make lighter work! All are welcome to help.
